location was off the beaten track, just what i needed. the staff was knowledgeable and efficient.

Nice place for a holiday, we loved the accommodation with useful amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and personal safe.

Great location near the beach, which was awesome. The bed was so spacious and comfortable, really loved it! The host was super welcoming, meeting us upon arrival to explain everything 😄.

This place is a large apartment located near several popular attractions such as La Orotava, La Laguna, National Park del Tiede, and restaurants, with a beautiful communal garden setting that's impressive.

The host, Klaus, was super friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the island. this hotel provided all the amenities I needed and made my stay very enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at a charming character place in the North of Tenerife. The cottages were clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen had everything I needed, even the small details like salt, sugar, and oil. The host was friendly and even left a thoughtful welcome package with wine, ham, cheese, bread, and fresh coffee. The location was perfect, offering fine views of the coast and Teide. It was exactly what I was looking for, a peaceful and unique getaway. The manager provided great recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches, making my stay even better. The wellness area with a sauna and the well-maintained garden added to the overall experience. I definitely recommend this place for those seeking a special and off-the-beaten-track experience in Tenerife.

During my recent transit stay at El Refugio Apartments & Villa in La Matanza De Acentejo, I found two great features of this accommodation. the convenience of being located just 12 km away from the nearest airport was a major plus for me. It made my journey both to and from the accommodation hassle-free, ensuring I could maximize my time exploring the beautiful surroundings of Tenerife. the Villa provided a comfortable and spacious living area that allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling.

While my overall experience at El Refugio Apartments & Villa was enjoyable, I did find one minor issue. The interior of the apartment "La Cascada" felt a bit dated, especially the kitchen and dining area.

We got excellent value for our money at El Refugio. The room, La Cascada, was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The location was perfect, great to easily explore all the tourist attractions as well as discover hidden gems. Klaus, the manager, was helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

Nothing all excellent.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement. De locatie was perfect, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de hoofdstraat en een winkel om de hoek. Het appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust met een keuken en woonkamer. De bedden waren comfortabel en de kamers hadden grote kasten. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en het uitchecken was eenvoudig met een sleutelkastje. Het appartement had zelfs een lift, wat erg handig was. We raden dit appartement zeker aan vanwege de goede ligging, ruimte en faciliteiten.

This place was mind-blowing! From the jaw-dropping view of the coast and Teide, to the super well-equipped kitchen with all the cooking supplies , our stay was absolutely amazing. The owner was incredibly friendly and left us a nice bottle of wine, breakfast ham, cheese, bread, and fresh coffee. The garden was beautiful with a stunning sea and Teide view. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, with a wow-worthy bathroom. We received tons of attention and advice from the owner, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
